never did I realise how important breathing is! Sounds like the most ridiculous thing ever said but so true. We have the ability to change out whole outlook, how our body functions and the state of our minds with breathwork. Couple that with Meditation and there is no stopping us!

meditation isn't just about 'clearing our minds', in fact that's a pretty unrealsitic thing to try to do. Initially we work on focusing our attention, then on letting things be and not following the story of our learnt behaviour. This allows us to be so much more free and natural in or though process and the conclusions we take from our attitdes to occurances.
