after feeling the need for more expansion during application of Pilates techniques, i dawned upon the yoga way of life, the yoga journey.

One to one sessions available if you want to work on technique and keeping yourself safe during your practice. Maybe you'd like some pointers on techniques to make the most from your practice. Maybe your on the first step of your journey and want to learn a bit more about it before joining a regular class. 

Always with safety in mind and never in huge classes where there is not enough room to move and breath. Connecting back with the inner essence within. Pure peace.

Yoga movements will be incorporated into your KulaHub program which will be selected for their health promoting benefits and for the promotion of better posture and balance.
